That is a CA bike that a friend and I rebuilt from the ground up. Crazy ported stage 6 reed Mugello, JL exhaust, 30mm carb, bgm electrics. It's built to be fast and reliable. It sat in a hipsters alley unridden for years. It was yellow before I painted, and yellow it stayed. Next up... Stripes.
So yeah, it's not stock. Thanks to Jet200. Well except to the US DOT tail light and plate holder. |

That looks so nice... the seat, the Strap on the seat... all of it... seriously makes me want to dabble on the dark side of Lambrettadom.
It's great. |

Thanks man. I put a lot of blood (literally), sweat and tears into that bike. I was pretty happy with the way the seat turned out. The seat is an original Naomi Rossa seat from the 60's I got from a fellow LCUSA member. I had it powder coated gunmetal grey, then took it to a local crazy Russian upholsterer here in SF. I picked out some nice pebbled scratch resistant leather at a local shop and a tad bit of crock hide for the strap + gave him an original cover to follow pattern from as a pattern. He does fucking amazing work - unparalleled. Better than Pirate and they know their business. Anyone interested can PM me.

I am currently negotiating a price on getting my GT completely sandblasted, dents banged out, bodywork sorted and repainted & lacquered.
Wish me luck! |

I had a guy local to Swindon (I'm down here a lot) and he used to do all my spraying, did a few cars for me and loads of bodywork but unfortunately he's no longer around. A year or two ago I had half a Peugeot 106 sprayed along with some bodywork for £250, I wish he was still about as he'd do this for no more than £200 odd! I'd pay a max of about £300 I think. PS: Yea, I guess im just a cheap bastard! |
