bajaj venturi
Today i gave the Bajaj a Polini venturi at work. She deserves a bit of pampering now and again. Always starts on the third kick.
Polini gave a main jet of 140. i think it's a bit big, coming from a 118. any suggestions are welcome Sara Jolly Wrenches

Started designing a breeze system to constantly blow fresh air so no dust can settle on any of my bikes. If I leave the door open in the garage some little dust may come in at times and it's driving me crazy.. I can't keep up... unfortunately I work and sleep so I can't be there to waft the dust particles away 24/7. If anyone has built a system like this, I'd love to see your blueprints! |

Friday I put the first break in miles on the Pinasco 225 stroker. 61 miles. Everything was pretty good, the Vortex is uber rich and I started getting some CHT temp spikes on shifting but EGT was steady.
I'm going to retorque the head bolts bolts. This is the most I have ridden vintage since my medical "event" last Sept. Left leg was barking the next day. ⚠️ Last edited by ScooterRaton on UTC; edited 1 time

I finished making a seat for the scooter from bits I had laying around. I got tired of the bouncy bench seat. 17mm form-ply, two different types of foam, glue, black vinyl, black paint. I left some room at the back for a rack I'm making to mount the spare. The middle section lifts off to fill up.
