Okay, I've paid cash for everything I've ever owned except for my house and pay off my credit cards monthly. Is 20.74% kind of crazy or standard for this type of loan?

I suppose the idea is to pay that off in before you get to 2 years. But then it's not really $60/month. Hm.

20.74% should be illegal!

This is a ok deal as long as you get it paid in full within the 2 years.

That's on the expensive side... and cheap payments stretching out the total outlay.

I financed mine last spring, at 8.5% over three years. $8,000 loan came out to a little over $250 a month.

$59 a month for two years is a great deal, but I'd be planning on paying it off in full before that crappy 21% rate kicks in.

Subprime Mortgages anyone?

I still can't believe, In the early 80's, I kept my Rally 200 chained to a fence in Compton Ca. while I was off driving cross country. I came home once a week for 4 years, And NOBODY ever touch it. BOY, Has things changed..

Compton is actually going through a growth and revitalization period (or was before the economy went south). Rode through recently and there was a lot of development-both business and retail.

I wouldn't leave my scooter exposed there for 4 years, but it's better than it was even 5 years ago or so.
