I'm actually considering NOT selling my rally now. On the way to work i got this little inkling like i should hang onto that bike... we'll see.
Sometimes i feel like Jay Leno, though ...with all these classic sport vespas in my garage but only the ability to ride one at a time. I feel like i'm hording a bit. The rally stripes are a funny idea, though. I didn't tell you this yet, but Katey and I are making t-shirts in the original 1974 Mars Red Rally 200 paint code that have that same stripe / lettering across the front in white that say "Team Electronic" and on the back is a giant 74. -Eric |

Eh...i had my reserves about signing up here. Everyone knows i'm a vintage purist, so i feel a bit out of place.... kinda like a vintage Ford Mustang guy signing up at a site full of new Ford Mustang enthusiasts. We might as well be talking two different cars
Still, you and Smorris and Owen and Bonnie and Dan ..... i must have like 5 clubmates all posting on this site, so clearly there's good people here. |

No thanks! The stripes from a 1974 North American-market, Ralph Naderized-Rally are good enough for me!

Welcome! All sorts of two-wheeled enthusiasts are welcome here. There's more than enough shifter vs twist-n-go, vintage vs modern, etc. thrashing elsewhere, so it stays pretty calm here. (Sometimes *too* laid back for some of the people who have come and gone.) There are a lot of members who have come to modern scoots from vintage, and a few like me getting into the spirit and getting a vintage. Lots of people have come from the motorcycle side in search of a fun alternative. We've even got an old mod here that was at Brighton Beach during the scuffles! Glad you joined up! (hurries off and reviews threads mentioning Rovers to delete nasty comments!) |

Good One
As a 6t's Mod I totally "get" that Tim.
Homage to the past but living in the real? world. Hi Rover , good crowd here , manual and autos at home, just not precious about how old their scoots are. As a Mod (still) I have to ride the latest of course, PX. No one gets rude, except me, when people talk about scooters other than VESPAS. Old Mod |

I fixed your photo Tim.
Hey ... do you have a full scoot shot? I'd be interested in seeing the overall look. Tom |
