Recently I've had some trouble posting photos. The ones I'm trying to post now are only 67-75 KB each, so they should be well under the 200 KB limit.
After I browse to the file and select it, if I click Add Attachment, Preview, or Submit I get a blank page. I normally use Firefox, but out of desperation I even tried IE. It still wouldn't work. I even tried renaming the file with a simple filename. I'm only using 4.95 of my 40 MB Upload Quota. Any help would be appreciated.

gif, jpg or png? I've sometimes found MV won't take png files.

Plus it's not just the file size - no more than 800px in height or width as well.

Thanks, Jim. They're jpg's. I didn't realize that the height mattered as well, but kind of figured it out by trial and error before I saw your post. If I could have gotten back to this thread in time I would have deleted my OP. If you want to delete the thread, be my guest.

I've used Microsoft Paint to open file as jpeg and then resize 640 and it will auto size to 480 on the height.

I've also set my pics on my camera to VGA...however for some reason when I read these files are read and opended they way to large and have to resize...working on fix.

These were scans for this thread: Chrome accessories directions.
They were only between 575 and 615 wide, but they were over 800 tall. I thought the only constraint was width. Sorted now, though.
BTW, I use this free and easy resizing program:
http://www.rw-designer.com/picture-resize
You just drag the file onto the desktop icon and it does the work.

BTW, Jim. These are scans of the instructions which seem to be missing from some chrome kits. They are for the LX series. I have them in full-size pdf files if you would like them on your manuals site. The total of the 6 pdf's is about 32MB.

You're welcome to email them to me - address as in my posts. I'll make a judgement on what to do with them once I've seen them.

VGA is maximum 640×480 resolution. You probably want your original photos in a better size/format in case you ever want to print them. You'll have to lower resolution and size to post here anyways.
