At least the front one. Go anywhere...I like Bitubo. Set the back shock on the third setting. It will be harsher but will track far better.
No more squishy feeling and a more planted tracking. No more dives when front braking. Just a better ride and I don't work for Bitubo.
Noboty will even buy your stock shocks on ebay.

True but the Malossi's are great as well. The Malossi ones match my scooter. Red (Bitubo) clashes with the plum. Eyelashes emoticon Best mod i have done. Rides so much better. 8)

We have 150's and the 300 might be more. Mine was around $200 but worth every penny. I think the Bitubo's are about the same price. If you have the cash it's well worth it. My stock front was 5yrs old when i changed out mine (over 10k in miles) but it was always not as good as the Malossi, even when it was new.

Judy...
My new LX is white and the Bitubo looks great. I can understand about Plum though. I've read great reviews about your shock. Just dump the OEM crap. It's dangerous and you know it.
It is unbelievable how much replacing the front shock helps. I'm still running the stock rear shock at the 3 preload setting, but I like firm better than stock.
I'll eventually get a Bitubo for the rear but the front really makes a difference.

I desperately want to change the front shock. I avoid hard braking because I don't like the feel at the front end.

So, you mean springs then, not shocks?

The springs come with the shock. It is a "unit" thing but so worth it.

I understand that. But what you are talking about in the OP is the spring, not the shock of the unit.

BLUE the black is nice. Weird but the Malossi has a plum colored ring that is almost exactly the same as my scoot. Did get a good deal on it as well. Thanks for the heads up. 8)
