Scoot For Food is a simple pledge drive for a local Food Shelf in St. Cloud, MN. During the summer months is when they need lots of donations of either money or food. Money is more effective because they can buy more with their $5 then we can.
Scoot For Food 2007 is starting and stopping at the Sartell, MN Meeting Grounds coffee shop. Registration (free this year) is from 10:30am - 11:30am. We will be leaving on the ride at 12:00pm. The ride is 45 miles long. Its going to take you on some nice roads. It starts off slow but by time you get 5 miles on you are in the thick of the ride and not paying any attention to the time. Just enjoying the scenery. Everyone on a Motor Scooter is encouraged to come along. All you need to do is print off a pledge form and start collecting money.
If you are trailering your scoot no worries about parking. There is a huge parking lot on site with a designated area for us. Plenty of room. Come early sit back and sip your coffee. Talk scooters.
