I have a slight bell ringing sound when I ride my scooter. I just noticed it yesterday. Seems to happen more on acceleration, or maybe that's when I just notice it. Of course when I stop I don't hear it.

Anyone have any ideas? I have about 5000 miles. Thanks

I have heard the same sound, but usually only when I am close to other cars and roadway dividers. I think the exhaust has a slight pinging, kind of like the old VW Beetles.

i think i have this as well. ive tightened up all the bolts around the rear wheel and the clamp on my exhaust. i could only find one thing loose. its a little clip that is at the end of the axle thats closest to the exhaust. is this causing the rattle?

That's the best description I have heard yet. Yup I have experienced it too and if anything, it seems to be when the GT is running sweetly, really on-song (no pun intended).

Same thing with my ET4.

I posted a question on it some time ago, and came up with nothing.

I just can't find the source. It hasn't seemed to affect anything performance-wise, but I get a bit obsessive about these things.

I checked the exhaust, the mandatory rattling license place effect, the front brakes, the rear hub, CVT housing, the fan, and anything else I could think of.

Still...the hidden alarm clock rings. :?
