I think that's Alex Tasi in Annapolis with his dog Mintaka.
Both of them need better helmets. Coolest dog in the world. The dog needs no bone to entice her onto the floorboard. She jumps right on and loves the ride. I wish I could say the same about my wife. |

There's a couple of elderly gents in my local twon who transport their dogs on two wheels. One is on a bicycle and the other a moped. In each case the dogs sit happily in milk crates 8)
