Modern Vespa

Hello,

Does anybody have shock absorbers that look like this? The thing is I have no clue of how to preload them. I cannot see any marked settings like in the owner's manual picture on page 34.

those are Bitubo Shocks, and do not come with the rebound adjuster, you just set up the string load, great set up to have on a GT200, I have them all around my GT, made a world of difference.

the best way to Set up preload is to measure the adjuster ring in the position it's now, looks pretty close to where you should be, make a mark on the ring to set a starting point, them turn the adjuster ring up to stiffen your suspention, or down for soften suspention, just play with it until you find your best setting, but I would say the current setting is not far off, good luck!
