I'm sure your only compensation would be having your picture and name published.

What an odd request. Sounds like they are building up a stock photo library of bikes, at no cost to them, and no compensation for the photographers. And they can use the pictures for whatever they want from now through eternity.

they did that the other day with a story about a new black disney princess too. they wanted you to send in princess pictures of your kids.

I wouldn't do it either. However, if all you're sending them is a low resolution web image smallish size, there's not much they can do with it outside of post it online. Yet if they are seeking high resolution digital negatives, well, then... they can bite it.

Here is a neat pic from my ride this week up Boulder Canyon to Nederland and down through Wondervu and Pinecliffe! Did I mention that I wuv my Vespa? This is shot from the path heading to Boulder Falls looking towards the road. You can just see my little red.

That brings back some great memories of when I lived in Denver. Once a year a buddy of ours used to throw a huge party up Boulder Falls. They would use ropes to get the kegs over the rocks on the left side of the falls going up. Have you ever been up there? If you cross over the stream and go up a ways there is a totally awesome pool that you can lounge in with a small waterfall going down into it.

Saw my fair share of women going topless in there...
