Overview
This is a list of generic replacement parts for Modern Vespa scooters, primarily small parts like nuts and bolts and other easily-lost doohickeys.
Clip-On Nuts
What: These metal clips (sometimes called "speed nuts") are wrapped around the edges of plastic and metal parts and accept a sheet metal screw. They are easily lost, often falling down below the cavernous plastic floorboards, never to be seen again without a serious spelunking effort.
Where: They are available from McMaster-Carr, part number 94810A006.
What they look like:
Square Nylon Insert Nuts
What: These white nylon (plastic) nuts accept a sheet metal screw and are typically inserted in both sheet metal and plastic panels. They strip easily if the corresponding screw is over-tightened.

What they look like:
Copperized 7MM nuts
What: These are used to attach the exhaust header pipe to the studs on the Leader and Quasar engines. Hard to find.
